The Goh Betoch project in Saris, Addis Ababa, blends traditional Ethiopian housing concepts with modern needs. Each building block features 6 or 7 units per oor, designed around shared courtyards to promote community interaction. The architecture reects local identity through earthy materials and climate-responsive design.

With 4 levels of underground parking, the project preserves open spaces above for greenery and gathering, covering sustainable and culturally rooted housing for families in a rapidly redeveloping area.
